The American Autism Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by autism. Since our founding in 2010, our focus has remained on providing families with support, guidance, and access to free of cost or low cost therapeutic services.

Over the course of the last 10 years, we learned that social media can serve as a valuable resource for raising autism awareness. Our team creates messages of hope, reports on relevant news, and autism-related information that we send out to our combined 75,000 followers. In addition, our blog features a plethora of articles written by respected professionals, autism experts, parents of children with autism, advocates, and individuals with autism.

We strongly believe that all individuals impacted by autism deserve the right to access quality therapeutic resources. We utilize social media marketing to facilitate that connection.

Since our launch in 2010, we have grown to have over 100,000 social media supporters. In addition to this extensive social media outreach, we have over 5,000 subscribers to our e-newsletter, and our blog at www.myautism.org receives an average of over 10,000 visitors on a monthly basis.

Our supporters are majority parents, caregivers, and family members of individuals with autism. However, we have a large following of professionals within the autism community that are avid online supporters. Our readers and followers are spread over 22 countries, with the majority in the United States, the United Kingdom, and other English speaking countries.

Advertising placements are limited - if you are interested please email us immediately at socialmedia@myautism.org. We will issue an invoice via email which will need to be paid in full before promotions are sent out. Payments can be paid via PayPal or through our donation platform.

All contributions made through our media partnerships act as a donation to support our therapeutic recreational programs and educational workshops, which we provide completely free of cost for low-income families affected by autism.
